Flooring- the way to revamp your living space
Refurbishing your floors can be partial or full. In each of these cases it can lead to a completely new feel of your living space. Whether it is lounge, kitchen or bedroom, the effect is substantial. The flooring can be wooden (engineered wood, laminate, natural wood), or tiling option – which can go all the way from traditional tiles to wood effect once that actually resemble wood quite closely. It can even be vinyl plank and of course- a simple carpet.
The contemporary trend is to go for tiling, as this provides you with a sturdy and long lasting flooring, that is not affected by moisture. At the same time- having a classic marble look or wood effect to keep with traditional looks. Weather this will be in a shape of wood effect tiles or herringbone pattern to resemble parquet is not essential, as the goal is sturdy but looking classic.
Another option is going for large tiles and create a clean, modern look for your house, that will inspire a feeling of luxury and comfort.
Tiling patterns can create the luxury and bespoke effect that the customer is looking for. This can be achieved with the model of tiles, shape and size. On the other hand the patterns can be standard parallel, herringbone, brick shape or staggered in case of wood effect tiles. Each of these options will give a specific look and feel to your home.
We relish any opportunity to enhance the living space and make it something our customers will be proud off.
Another option for updating your flooring can be new, carpeted floors. This can be in many different colours and thickness, from spartan looking to lush and luxury.
More commonly is used the laminated flooring option.
This is not last or least desirable. It has it’s pros and cons. It is much cheaper to install these or even material itself, therefore it is a Pro, on the other hand it will last much less than an engineered wood flooring, porcelain tiles or even standard floorboards, which clearly is a downside.
Therefore it is crucial to marry the customers needs and budget with longevity and quality.
