Tiling- a higher level of permanent decoration

Tiling is a special way of putting your own twist and vision on the place you live in . It is a versatile type of product that comes in many shapes, designs and uses. Tiling can be used to create a special acent- to underline a specific part of your dwelling, or as a simple floor, kitchen back-splash, bathroom and others.

This is even more true with the availability of today’s tiles, that can resemble from natural stone all the way to actual wood.

When creating a new tiling project, it is essential for us to “dig” out the needs and goals of our customer, as to make sure-  it will be their “vision”,  that we are realising and not what we would’ve  preferred to do.

It is also important to keep budgets in mind, as the prices very widely both between tile models and patterns due to their work insensitivity.

The choice of pattern is a very important step to achieve your vision. The standard pattern is easiest to complete but it also has the least “wow” factor, on the other hand the herringbone is much more work intensive, but as a reward you get a piece of unique decor, that is absolutely bespoke and yours alone.

Depending  on your choice, the end result could be a very modern looking bathroom, lounge or kitchen- or could be a traditional – even retro classic look. We enjoy getting the project to its end end the smiles finished product creates.

Another option is stone effect, or “brick” style. This is usually used for kitchen back-splash as it has modern look and is aesthetically pleasing. It also is used in bathrooms, utility rooms or showers. In each case the overall look varies from contemporary to retro- based on the fittings that complete the look. An example would be heritage style fittings in a bathroom, which take’s it back from modern to retro theme.
